The Direct Answer: No
Let me be blunt. Your existing Zigbee devices will not magically work with Matter. They speak completely different wireless languages.
Zigbee operates on its own frequency and protocol. Matter runs on Thread or Wi-Fi. They do not understand each other without a translator in between.
